Frost Survival VR is a cooperative sandbox survival game. The player takes on the role of a survivor who has woken up on a deserted island covered in snow and ice. The player's task is to fight hunger, thirst, cold, and their own sanity, and ultimately escaping the island.
The player has a range of mechanics at their disposal that enable survival. These include building, growing crops, hunting, cooking, and many more.
